A. Customer Assistance & Inquiry Resolution

We respond to customer inquiries promptly, providing accurate information about our product range, applications, and installation guidelines.

B. Installation & Repair Services

MIPA Industries offers professional on-site and remote guidance for:
 • Geomembrane pond liner installation
 • Repair of geomembrane sheets affected by tears, punctures, or natural/animal-related damage
 • Technical support for site preparation and material handling

All installation and repair activities are conducted by trained technicians or authorized service partners to ensure quality and long-term performance.

C. Academy & Trainings

We conduct periodic training sessions and workshops to educate dealers, installers, and project partners on safe handling, installation, and repair of geomembrane liners and other polymer-based products.

D. Certifications & Documentation Support

Our team assists customers and project partners in obtaining necessary certifications, BIS details, or product test reports required for government tenders or institutional projects.

5. Installation & Repair Requests

To request on-site geomembrane installation or repair service, please:
 • Contact your nearest dealer or email support@mipatex.in
 • Provide site location, contact details, basic project information, and a copy of your purchase invoice
 • Our coordination team will respond within 24 working hours with next steps

Services are available in select regions and subject to scheduling, site conditions, and availability of technical personnel.
