From small farm ponds to large-scale irrigation, infrastructure, and industrial applications, we provide end-to-end installation and repair services that guarantee durable, leak-proof results, backed by MIPA’s trusted quality standards.
2. Geomembrane Installation
All installation work is performed by MIPA-certified installers equipped with Leister professional welding machines, following BIS Standard IS 15351:2015 and our in-house QA protocols to ensure consistent, high-strength seams in every project.
Scope of Work:
• Site inspection and surface preparation guidance
• Roll layout and alignment planning
• Seam joining through hot wedge or extrusion welding
• On-site leak testing and visual inspection
• Final documentation and quality verification
Please note:
• MIPA Industries provides only trained installers with welding machines.
• Customers must arrange local helpers or labour for supporting site tasks such as unrolling, positioning, or handling sheets.
Our installers use advanced Leister equipment, including TWINNY T5, TWINNY T7, COMET 700, and TRIAC ST hand tools, ensuring precision, speed, and reliability in every weld.
3. Repair Services
Even high-grade geomembrane liners may occasionally develop tears, punctures, or damage from animals or natural conditions.
Our certified installers provide on-site repair and re-welding services using compatible materials to restore integrity and performance.
Service Conditions:
• Repair work is available only for MIPATEX geomembrane liners.
• Services are offered across India at minimum applicable charges.
• International support is available on customer demand, with travel and service expenses outside India borne by the client.
• All welding is performed using Leister professional machines, ensuring compliance with BIS IS 15351:2015standards.
Repair Work Includes:
• Sealing of punctures or small tears
• Patch welding for animal or weather-related damage
• Re-welding of overlaps and seams to restore full watertight performance
All work is carried out exclusively by MIPA-trained and certified installers, ensuring durability, precision, and long-term reliability.

MIPA Industries provides services only for MIPATEX geomembranes and does not include excavation, pond cleaning, or civil works.
Installers are equipped solely with welding machines, customers must provide local helpers or labour if required.
