Shade Net - Sun And UV Protection

  • Premium Quality: For longer life, Mipatex shading nets are manufactured using quality raw materials, including additives. Warp Knitted construction resists tearing and fraying. 
  • High Protection: Mipatex shading net can block Harmful UV ray and direct sun light up to 90%. These nets are fully capable of protecting from the harmful UV rays and providing excellent environment.
  • UV Stabilised: We use a specific combination of HDPE, UV stabilizers, and functional additives to make our shade nets extraordinarily UV resistant.
  • Anti Sulphur: We also offer sulfur-protected special shade nets for agricultural applications where sulfur-based pesticides can adversely affect durability.
  • Shade Factor: Shading factors will determine how that particular shade net will cut down many rates of light intensity. For instance, a shade net with a 50% factor will cut down 50% of light intensity, a shade net with a 75% factor will cut down 75%, and so on. 
  • Agriculture Use:  Each plant will have a different requirement. Therefore, you should choose the correct percentage of the Agri shading net to enhance its productivity.

Mipatex Shade Nets are manufactured from high density polyethylene (HDPE) and Treated with anti sulphur, UV Stabilizer, and functional additives using warp knitting technology. 
These nets come with different shade percentages. The shading percentage will decide how much percent of light intensity will be cut down by that particular shade net.

Shade net is HDPE warp-knitted fabric that provides plants and people with protection from the direct sun light.

Shading percentages determine by how that particular shade net block sun light.

  • 50% shade factor will block up to 50% of sunlight, suitable for plants that grow under partial light. Recommended for general-purpose use.​​
  • 75% shade factor will cut down 75% of sunlight, ideal for plants that grow under extremely low light. It’s also useful in summer to reduce the sunlight level and lower the heat. 
  • 90% shade factor block up to 90% of the sun, We recommend for usage in Cattle sheds, Poultry houses, Construction Scaffolding and vehicular shades, and general-purpose use.

No. Shade net is not waterproof as it is a mesh type warp knitted fabrics. It will dissipate a small amount of rain but not a significant amount.

Yes. Mipatex Shade net is manufactured using HDPE material adding UV additives during the extrusion process. The fabric is UV stabilised offering the best protection from sun’s harmful UV rays.
